This Taco Bell location is hands down one of my favorite! The employees treat everyone with respect and don't spend their time... breathing down your neck to see what you're doing there. Sometimes you just need a place where you can sit for a few minutes andget out of the cold or the heat depending on time of year. The food is always served quickly and is always piping hot. Read more
Update: since I had no way of letting the manager or corporate know who was working at the time, I drove over and documented by... taking pictures. I was met with the same appalling behavior from the 3 employees. Finally. they decided to get the manager whospoke with me through the door. she was very apologetic and was able to treat me with respect. Had any of the workers handledthe situation in such a professional manner, this review would be vastly different. The manager at the time, Melissa, was veryprofessional and handled the situation well. she took my information and said she would notify the GM about the situation.Melissa did a very good job and had all of the employees had the professionalism and poise she did, it would have made a hugedifference. Don't order through the app!!!! this location needs some major revamping done on their staffing.... whoever wasworking on 11/22/2022 at 8:30pm needs to be FIRED. ALL OF THEM! They slammed the door in my husband's face when he was trying toexplain he had used the app to order and pay for the order so that he didn't have to wait in the long drive through line.instead of helping him, they were rude and then proceeded to go behind the counter, point and laugh. This is NOT how you shouldtreat ANYONE. If you cannot fulfill a service... don't offer it. I hope corporate sees this. This specific location is great! The workers always friendly and hospitable. The food always fresh and piping hot. And the... atmosphere overall is friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Read more
It's Taco Bell! Seems they are always busy here...seems like a good sign. Foods good and order is usually always correct. Staff... seem friendly. Some bums around the back of the parking lot...but that's 2022 for ya! Read more
Went through drive thru asked for 4 combos today @ 720pm.When advising that I wanted one combo only cheese and meat she rudely... asked me "WHAT DRINKS?". Then I get to the window, no greeting, she was just RUDE. If she was not having a good day she shouldhave stayed home. Also my order wasnt even right ????????????????. Read more
Warning - make sure you check your order before leaving this restaurant! I paid extra to add nacho cheese to my food but they... never added it. Wouldn?t have been a big deal if I didn?t pay extra but with funds being tight every dollar counts. Sent in acomplaint, mgr left vm, I called back but mgr too busy to talk. Never returned my call. I guess they figure it?s not importantenough but to me it is so I?m spreading the word. Both accuracy and customer service matter! Read more
Place order at kiosk. The gentleman at the counter was cheerful & engaged with customers. When our order was ready he carried... it out to us. Far better than the experience I had at Taco Bell on Deer Valley & 19th Ave. a week earlier. Read more
If I could leave no stars, I would! I come to this Taco Bell every so often when I?m by it and I am disappointed every time I... go. Not only do they always mess up my order (that I order on the Taco Bell app for the drive thru) but they always takeforever. I was in line in the drive thru tonight for 27 minutes and there was only 3 cars ahead of me. I finally got to thewindow and the lady was rude and she didn?t have a smile on her face, she looked as if she hated her job. I got home and myorder was wrong. I ordered a spicy double steak grilled cheese burrito and there wasn?t any jalapeños or any spicy at all toit. My husband ordered a steak chalupa and got a ground beef chalupa instead. Read more
