I was picking up a Door Dash order inside the store and I was waiting an unusually long time. I communicated to the worker that... a customer order was taken after the order that I showed up to pick up, however the customers order was received before my DoorDash order that was a bean burrito and something else similar. A manager then stepped up speaking loudly and taking theconversation in a whole negative direction telling me that drive through orders were priority. Not even relevant. The food and service was good but it's not the best neighborhood to eat there. There was a homeless couple there that made it a... little uncomfortable when the woman was going off on the manager about the quality of her food and accused them of making thewrong burrito. She must have been on Crack or something because everyone in the place knew what she ordered because of the sceneshe made when ordering and they made the right one. I took a Werner shuttle to grab dinner. As i was waiting for my ride two employees walked in stood by the resgister. One women... was messing with her shoe the other squatted down while the other brushed her hair leaving hair assessories and brush on table.They walked behind counter and started working. Didnt wash hands. After seeing this i threw my food in the trash.17.00 wasted.Hair and food just dont mix. Mean while three men who had ordered a lot of food ask for quacamole that was suppose to be ontheir order. The guy behind the counter had the nerve to suggest charging them for a side of quacamole. Stopped for a quick bite. Staff is friendly. Nacho fries arrived cold. Staff addressed issue. One of the doritos taco did not... have any meat in it. They were able to remake one. Other items were ok. Self serve drink machine. Restrooms are locked. Staffwill open them up for you. Parking lot is on the small side. They have a drive up window. Also a kiosk inside to order. Someareas need a wipe down. No trash on the floor. Read more
If I could do a zero rating I would. I have had so many problems with this location. Mainly the main manager and Sabrina. They... refuse to give their names and if you have a problem they will refuse to return your recipe. Claiming they need it for theirrecords but they were able to print out a copy for me. Luckily I took multiple pictures of my receipt because I knew they woulddo that. After 10 years working for Taco Bell the manager should know what the product should weigh after it is prepared and nottell the customer I don't want to deal with you.
