I go here several times a week and other than new employees; everyone knows me by name. I really like the Dorito Loco Taco as... well as the bean burrito with beef added. I went to Taco Bell for ONE REASON They had promoted that after an on-line survey, the company was bringing back.... The... Encherito!! NOT Very Disappointed. The manager said they had heard rumors but there was no supplies to make them and that he hadreceived No memos when it was supposed to happen!! HUH! Taco Bell came out 2 weeks ago and said "We will be bringing back theencherito from Oct17th to Oct 31" They LIED. No one working for the company Knows Anything. Normally I love TacoBell until I met the Mgr of this store. All I wanted was a enchirito, she refused to make it cause she... didn't have a button to push to charge me. Seriously! I walked to the counter to look at the menu. A young woman told me to hurry & order before I had a chance to look at the menu. ... When I asked for A TACO she read it back as a combination. When I got my food portion of the order, it was three tacos. Mythought is she was more focused on the drive thru intercom. I saw the self order Kiosks when leaving and just think the younggirl that waited on me would rather I used them than interact with the customer. Read more
Tori the store manager?! I love Taco Bell. She has ruined an experience for me due to her lack of accommodations and... kindliness. The little girls she has running around in her kitchen have no idea what they are doing they need to do someSERIOUS personnel work. I do not suggest eating at this location. What a mess! Pre-ordered online so I could hit the drive thru real quick. Real quick ended up being about 15 minutes. The line... was about 10 cars deep. Finally got my order, started to drive and I realized I didn't feel the Mexican pizza box...pulled over.???????????. Turned around - BTW. Depending on your direction, this is the ABSOLUTE WORST setup to get in and out of. Not surewho the genius was that said "We shall build HERE!" - anyway, parked and walked in since the line didn't seem to move in that 5minutes. A handful of people standing inside who all looked lost. And cobwebs covered the registers from the lack of presence(slight exaggeration). Finally acknowledged, the girl goes to who I assume had authority and this lady (I think) had the nerveto ask Does she have a receipt? A bit snippier than I cared for. First, of course.
