The slowest service, no sense of urgency. The worst customer service, the staff just want you to leave the whole time. They... will not take anyone's orders inside unless there's no to go orders. 8 different people walked out while waiting on them to makeonline orders. This place is a joke. I had a wonderful experience here I got 3 sub they come out so Picture perfect they also tasted delicious thanks to LARRY who... made my sandwiches while he was make my subs two guys came in with out a mask on Larry Kindly ask them to wear a mask they gotmad and started to yell at him he ignored them kept making my subs and they left got there mask just to come back and getLarry's name and said that he was going to get fired because they knew the owners of that store I was very grateful that Larrytold them that they need to have a mask as we're still in a Pandemic and he thinking for our safety and his own and he lookslike his an older Gentlemen he had the whole store cleaned and everything stocked it also looks like he was working on his ownas he had a pretty decent line and he was so nice to everyone who came in with a welcome to subway it looks like he reallyenjoys his job I would just go to that location to just get a sub from him. Everyone I come in there is an issue. Unfortunately working I?m limited to time on my breaks. I come at 8 AM when the hours are... 7 AM, and an employee decides to stroll in at 8:15 with a half smoke cigarette in his hand and throws it on the ground as ifthree customers aren?t literally seeing all of this. I decide to comeback at 11AM and the store is completely out of tuna as ifthey didn?t open three hours ago. It?s honestly ridiculous. So around 2:48pm I arrived at this subway and at 3:04pm the guy tells me he will not take care of me because he was leaving at... 3pm . I asked him why didn't he tell me he was not going to take care of my order soonest I walk into the restaurant. He had noresponse and care for it. I understand that everyone works till the schedule time but the subway hours clearly says that thestore closes at 2am -.- so I don't understand this lack of customer service. I got a steak and cheese sandwich with extra steak and I ordered it with mayo honey mustard and parmesan cheese salt and pepper ... and it came out delicious very nice employee and very helpful and patience and asking if I wanted more and if I wanted to makea meal great service will be returning soon Read more
