Every time I order for pickup, I pay for bacon and they don't put any on. Then I don't find out til I get home

I always come to this location and I never had a problem But today I put an order in 20 mins before taking my lunch(12pm) so by... the time I leave to grab my food it will be ready. I got there and there wasn?t any orders for pick up I asked and they saidthey are not ready. When I was waiting I guess there was 4 other people waiting for their online order. There was a lady waitingfor her online order for about 45 mins she went up the second time to ask where is her order that her lunch break is over andthat she was late to go back. I?ve been waiting since 12 and I got my online order at 1pm. The whole time I was waiting it?sseems like they were just taking care of the walk ins. 2/3 of girls named Brittany, savannah and the other with the neck tattoodidn?t have a name tag. They were the worst! They didn?t even apologized or said a word to any of the customers that werewaiting for online orders they stayed quite and ignored us. Read more

I have visited this location several times for lunch. The workers there were friendly, efficient and most of all went above and... beyond to ensure i have a great sandwich and experience. Needless to say im going to be a regular here for sure. Read more

I was in this Subway last week after work and the gentleman that assisted me was so helpful! His name is Francisco and he was... talking to me and making me laugh the entire time he was making my sandwich. Great customer service from him!! Would go backagain!! Read more

I went in today around 12 i was on my 30 minute lunch break i don?t normally mind a wait at a food industry because i myself... work in it but the girl that attended me was very much distracted talking to her coworkers which is fine you guys can have funbut this is the longest i?ve been in a subway and when it came to checking me out she left to discuss some issue with anothercustomer which again could have been fine but there was already two other workers handling it my sub was poorly made i reallydon?t do this but it?s just upsetting having to get time wasted when it could have been quick and easy this is the only badexperience i have ever had at a subway the workers are distracted and don?t know when to stop talking and start working . I am so impressed with the service given to us by the manager, Erica Lewis. We had a problem with the app and were charged for... our sandwiches--however, when we called the shop, they did not have a record of our order. Erica took care of it and gave usthe best Subway sandwiches we ever had after decades of being customers. She was extremely polite, professional, and friendlyand we just want to say THANK YOU! The manager at this store (she said she was the mgr) was the most awful employee at any retail place I have been to. My husband... and I ate there and after eating I asked the mgr to let me use the bathroom. She was refusing to give me the key because sheclaimed she saw me just walking in. My husband and I told her that we were eating there. My purse was still at the table and myhusband was still sitting there. She then proceeded to give me the key but she added "you two have to leave immediately afteryou use the bathroom" I got so upset so I asked her I needed to talk to the mgr. So since she said she was the mgr I asked herto give me her supervisor's name and number. She not only refused, she was ignoring us and the other employees were too and thenshe told me she had called the cops so we would get arrested for trespassing! A supervisor showed up and I told him whathappened and I never got an apology. They have cameras so, no, customers are not trespassers ?? Read more
