I had a horrible experience at another location yesterday? the employee was grumpy and racist. He didn?t say a single word to me... during the entire visit, and then muttered a racial slur under his breath. I drove an extra ten minutes to this locationinstead, and the lady working was so personable and sweet. I also had a lot of unique requests, like doing certain veggiesbefore roasting, and certain toppings after? and she was happy to do it! The lady who was working 04/29/22 during opening shift,deserves a raise or promotion. Also, this location uses paper bags, instead of plastic! Small changes like that REALLY make adifference. Subway is Subway, they're pretty much all the same but when I needed platters for a baby shower this location really came... through. They ran out of mustard packages, so they filled thirty little mustard cups for our order. Every item was meticulouslywrapped and labeled and nicely packed in a large subway bag. I originally ordered online and at the last minute we added anotherplatter. Everything was ready on time and served with a smile. I work at a church that orders food for all kinds of occasionsand this location will always get our business from now on. Read more
Was so amazing!???? the service was so quick colton who work there was super patient with me an my crazy undeciveness. But was... very attentive and suggestive and helped me pick out the chicken bacon ranch which was so delicious I'm going to have to go backtomorrow and get another one. Half the time they do not make the orders right. Just went in and told them my toppings numerous times, and they forgot things.... I didn?t notice as the cashier asked me to check out while they finished making my sandwich. No sauce = dry sandwich that I donot want to eat. This has not been the first time this has happened. I went into subway before work today, 7/31 around 10am, and a couple of hispanic men walked in behind me. the employee, a young,... thin caucasian guy, didn?t catch his name (found out his name is Ryan), was making their sandwiches and i was standing therewaiting to pay. the customer asked for avocado and the employee said ?avocado is for white people, you mean guacamole. youshould know the difference shouldn?t you? i was appalled at what i just heard. i left my meal there because i could not give mymoney to a store that supports such stupid employees. please hire people that have an I.Q. above 70. Update: the managercontacted me and basically made up excuses for the employees stupidity saying ?he?s from Iowa? i don?t know what that?s supposedto mean, that he?s stupid i guess. and then tried to by me off with 2 free 6 inch subs... lol subway does not care about racismclearly. I know I came in at 9pm but wow Ive experienced waaaay better. Just to top it off, even the shamrock farms driver that showed up... to deliver the food was pretty disrespectful too. I guess Im not allowed to sit in my car out front of their establishmentwithout getting stared down by the delivery driver and the employees working there. Shoulda went to Mcdonalds. Read more
I come here often and order the spicy Italian, the staff are super friendly and helpful when I ask them for recommendations on... sauses and stuff, I also just hang out in the building to take a brake after skateboarding or running and thier cool with it???? Read more
