OK I went there the first time couple of days ago and my order was a large pro ,but once I got back home I seen it had no... mayonnaise and it is was not cut in half. I took this is just a once in a lifetime occurrence .OK waited two days later I goback to order two subs both Maid Pro,so when you order online the toppings are already on there you just choose if you want toremove them or keep them I get back home after I remind the sandwich maker that hey can you make sure that my subs are cut shesays yes they?re cut I get back home my subs are not cut and there?s no toppings there?s nothing on it just bread and meat uncutI go back to the store and she argues with me that I have to add the toppings online when you order online they?re already onthere I just add extra or I remove them, I will never return to this subway. I really enjoy Subway's veggie subs. Sadly, the consistency between restaurants is missing. In the past month I've been to 3... different Subway's. 1 was out of all kinds of supplies, couldn't use gift cards, couldn't take coupons, and the counter help wasnot well trained or at all professional. 1 had good food but a very long wait. 1 was okay but chinzy on the veggies. I'llprobably still eat at Subway but I'll always be braced for disappointment. Read more

We went to order a late lunch/early dinner. The two people behind the counter stared at each other for a bit, trying to figure... out which one would actually work and help us. When one finally stepped up to help, it was clear they weren't thrilled. Evenwith her mask on, we told her to smile, but none, she wanted to be miserable. Unfortunately, after making our sandwiches, weonly had a $50 bill to pay with and that's all we had. I wish they would have had a sign. We had to leave and go somewhereelse to get change and go back to pay and get our meal. Our meal came with drinks, but once she collected our money, she turnedand went back into hiding, so we reached around the register and grabbed our own cups. Too bad she was so miserable. Ithonestly costs nothing to be nice and it makes for a better day for everyone. I don't even know where the first workerdisappeared to once it was decided that they wouldn't be serving us. Absolutely disgusting...I've never been so mad. She literally blew her nose then rinsed her hand with soap for like 3 seconds,... also touched the paper towel dispenser before and after she "washed" her hands. Who comes to work at a restaurant when you havea runny nose anyways. Read more

Their portion sizes are ridiculously small!! And the workers always have a horrible attitude!! Never have soup ready. Update:... THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Read more

I?ve never came to this subway during the day. But I?ve been here twice at night. Tonight?s experience the workers were rude,... and were rushing our order. As soon as my family and I walked in, one of the ladies said ?Are you Ordering? (duh, what do youthink we came here for, to watch you work????) all the condiments for the subs were put away, they had no intention on bringingthem out. Our subs sat opened at the cash register for about 5 minutes before closing them. She was trying to complete anothercustomers sub. Ridiculous???? not to add, there was a homeless man just sitting there with no order from the restaurant but a QTcup, watching something on his phone. And while we were leaving. I loved coming here up until recent the service has deffinetly declined! I tried to give it a second chance and get my flat... bread as usual and falls apart as I am removing the wrapper. Not only is it brittle, it is also not holding. I called (Virginia)and all she said they can do is wait for me to talk to someone on Monday. Really? I came right after the park with my daughtergot our food went home to relax and now they want me to go back for another flatbread. They should have never served that in thefirst place if the young lady noticed it, explains why she took a lil while to wrap it up. had to transfer all the veggies andmeat to regular sandwich bread. What an inconvenience... I won't be going back to this Subway anymore. Read more
