Absolutely IGNORED my 0nline order instructions, got my Salad completely wrong, DROWNED in dressing when I ordered "LESS"... dressing, NO extra Olives, NO extra Lettuce (that I paid for!) NO extra Banana peppers, horrible Mayo- overload Tuna salad! Itried calling for 20+ minutes to get Dressing ON THE SIDE, they Never answered! And then they offered more dressing in Store, asif they hadn't drowned it! I won't ever go to this store again! =( Read more
This Subway has really horrible customer service. Don?t order Postmates from them because they don?t put stickers on their bags.... Someone chewed up some food and spit it out on my sub. Postmates gave me a refund however when I called Subway to tell them whathappened they hung up on me. Don?t eat here it?s unsanitary and gross. Read more
I'm from out of town. There was 2 men working at the time and the store was unbusy. The 1 cashier offered the other to make the... sandwiches while he watched. ???? Neither of them washed their hands before handling food (as if COVID-19 didn't exist). Theolder of the 2 even had a cut on his hand the had it wrapped up. He took a personal phone call while making the sandwiches andmy husband told him he needed to wash his hands. I asked if the BOGO was on they said no. Cleary when I looked up the bogopromo before going to the location, the website said they did have BOGO. We were overcharged and the service was TERRIBLE. Worst Customer service from MOD Michael. I've been to this Subway prior to Him working at this location and he has been by far... the Worst!! I wrote Subway and DM got back to me I told him he refused to serve me cuz I wanted my sandwich done a certain waythat I've had plenty of time. Great Service and my girlfriend and I are in the automotive section of the store we pulled out a cooler as a bench and had a... great time , the dining area at the subway would of been nice but the Walmart that this Subway is in worked out great. The foodwas fresh and I don't have any complaints. Read more
