If i can give no starts i will,never going back to this place again,the lady in a rude way said what do you want instead of... saying good morning what would you like today,she has very poor customer service,was yelling at me all the time,when i asked herto make another sandwich she screamed at me saying let me know right now how many sandwiches you want so i can do them all,theway she treats customers is horrible,no wonder that place is always empty,she said i should complain online that no one willfire her anyways and that her name is dana,that she is the manager.Nasty attitude. The store was super dirty, girl with the piercings must've been high because she'd ask us something, we answer and she'd ask us... again. A fly was landing on our sandwiches as she made them. Every time she bent to grab something to put on our sandwiches herchest/shirt touched the sandwich (and her clothes weren't very clean). The whole store itself looks like it doesn't get cleaneddaily. The native girl was rude and wasn?t listening to the way I wanted my sandwich made, she stopped and grabbed someone from the... back at that point I no long want the sandwich. Not only the rudeness but the cleanliness of the store has gotten pretty bad. Iwill no longer come to this location until you clean house, maybe never. There was a girl who had a nose ring in her nose, she didn't have a greeting, had a BAD customer service, and would talk back at... you when she could. She was even being mean with the nice curly haired worker next to her. My trans brother loves the Chickennoodle soup at subway, which is always out. But it was "in stock" the time we went. I don't even know why the girl with the nosering even served us some when there was literally Nothing in it. We payed 2.00 for that and yet she didn't let us get a refund.he said we had to come back TOMMAROW. If you want a good subway here, make sure she is not there before buying. I had the best experience. They made my sandwiches exactly as I asked. I like my bread to be toasted with air before the thing... is with me and then post it again. This, By far is the worst salad I have ever actually had to eat, by presentation it looked OK for a few seconds but noticing... what the condition of the lettuce looks underneath the topping items wasn?t appealing, not to mention the complete lack ofspinach that would?ve made the salad complete, but for it not to be diced like other subways have done, which may be adifference between a corporate or franchise location, but none the less completely dissatisfied. It is a Subway Sandwich store and so it would have been. ???? I ordered a six inch turkey on Italian herb and cheese. I have... been a manager at another Subway in another state. The ladies had no one but me at the time, in the store. Told the ladies theyshould refill there lettuce & spinach. They ignored me. The cutting board was a mess. The price was reasonable. I believe thatone gal had a nose ring in her nose. That's a big no no. All of the tables were dirty with the seat's. I will show pics. Theydon't take long to clean in between mad dashes of customers. I really worried that if my food was as unkept as the store, wouldor could it make me sick. It didn't but, I count that a blessing from God. I do know that you are told to get everything donewith your employees working only a certain amount of time. You also need to keep people who care. Read more
Location: 5127 w Indian school road suite 115B Phoenix ,AZ 85031 I am a very upset customer , I come in for something to enjoy... my lunch and I come into a restaurant that is filthy . All employees in the back . In slow time they should take the time tostock up , clean the tables , and sweep . Instead of gossiping me in the back room . This has to be the worst experience. Not tomention always have an attitude when attending customers . I won?t be eating in that location anymore , place doesn?t even seemsanitary to eat there . Very disappointed from the management.
