I ordered 3 sandwiches through door dash. They delivered the wrong order. When I went back to return the food the two young... girls that were there told me they had given my order to someone else and sent me someone else's order. They asked me for theoriginal receipt wich should of been taped to the bag. I took the bags in just like I received them and there was no receipt onthem. They couldn't remake my order becouse I didnt have the receipt. Even though they admit to changing the orders and I showedthem the order on the door dash app, they still couldn't remake my order. Harry decided to tell me how I was going to have my sandwich made instead of how I wanted it. I asked for a steak and cheese... melt with the bread lightly toasted and he refused to do it stating he couldn?t lightly toast the bread on a steak and cheesemelt. When I asked for the district managers name and number he refused that as well. When I order a sandwich I should get whatI want not what Harry thinks I should have. I stopped at this Subway for a quick bite before I did some shopping in the Walmart here. I ordered a 6 inch sandwich and it... didn't seem like the young lady put the right meats on it. When I pointed it out, she said that it was right. I let her finishthe sandwich and I sat down with it. All it had on it was bologna. I took it back and tried to explain the problem so they couldcorrect it. A different lady wanted to argue about it. I finally got her to look at it and she saw what was wrong, finally. Theymade me a new sandwich correctly, but whatever happened to taking care of the customer. Sometimes you just have to listen, thensolve the issue. Read more
I love the food, but the tall old guy that works there is very rude... he made me feel not welcomed at all, his voice sounded... like if he was mad I was there. I asked for the Little Cheesesteak and he told me: ?it comes as it is? in a really angry tone, Itold him I didn?t want onion just the bell pepper, he didn?t even put the chipotle dressing that comes with it... Went to subway wanted a fresh sandwich .The bread anymore is lowsey it dry wrinkle and hard the bread does not look fresh and... good like you see on tv like they care what they serve.Things have been down hill for subway the bread is just not good anymore.If the bread is not good the sandwich itself don't taste good. Everytime I go to subway the bread is bad they need a goodBaker in there restaurants. When you complain the workers say it not OUR fault it's how the bread comes out waste of money andtime..WILL NOT RETURN. I will make my own sandwich next time it will look fresh and taste fresh if I make it myself.Employeesjust don't care .Just to do there job get there check and go home anymore. Worst place to eat subway. They have kids who work until closing time and have no type of interest in interacting with the... customers unless it?s asking what they want on the sub. Seems like they just want to rush the customer out the store and bydoing so creating a sloppy looking sandwich. The make table was dirty and the cashier was rude.
