I went in to buy food and I needed to use thd restroom first. The doors have signs that say for customers only. I get that but I... go in restaurants every week with those and always use the restroom before I order. I've never been told I needed to buy foodbefore they let me in. I showed her I had subway coupons in my pocket and looked far from being homeless. I told her I would goto another subway and she told me she would have to ask me to leave. I honestly haven't been treated that rudely in years. Itwas in her attitude from the second she started talking to me. There's a word for it but I won't use it. Bad customer service and messed up my order 3 times
Just got lunch. Both ladies on staff were very friendly AND polite.
Very slow service. I was one of two customers in that day and I spent 15 minutes picking up one sandwich..
I am not a critical person, but this place has bungled my order twice now. The first time I felt it could have been a one off,... but the second time was proof this particular restaurant can ot operate adequately. 6 sandwiches tonight alone, all madeincorrectly. All of them! At this point the joke is on me for returning a second time. Lesson learned, we will take our businesselsewhere. Read more
Worst subway in America. Eat here at your own risk. If you ask for fresh ingredients other customers will yell at you.... Ingredients are not fresh. And they allow non-service dogs inside the restaurant. It is obvious they do not care about producequality, positive customer interaction, cleanliness or end-product quality standards. There's a much better Subway at 19th andUnion Hills about quarter a mile away if you want better quality food, as this franchise sucks. 4th bad sandwich = last visit tothis subway. Read more
The customer service at this location is beyond absurd when applying to get the job to try to better the place getting the... interview is nearly impossible due to the fact that they'll say oh we didn't schedule any interviews they're playing mind gameswith their interviewees no is that being said I highly recommend you seek employment from a different location thank you andhave a lovely day for reading this. I NEED AN OPTION FOR MORE STARS!!!!!! Anthony Morelas is the ABSOLUTELY BEST SANDWICH ARTIST at this subway on 19th ave and... Thunderbird Road. My husband and I were greated with the best smile and the warmest "Hello, welcome in" we have ever recievedin any Subway restaurant EVER. His sweet welcome and perfect skill, along with the patience of a Saint (I'm so super picky) madeour rough day so much sweeter. We have had issues in this subway before and swore to never go back, today Anthony Morelas mademe into a Subway lover again!!!!!
