We stood in an empty line for 5 minutes while both people working just stood around talking behind the counter. Nobody spoke to... us the entire time we were there from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I'm afraid to eat here if this is the carethat the employees have for the food and their jobs. Super disappointed!!! I ordered a few footlongs on the app and when I went in to pick my order the workers told me that they... were out of bread. They offered to refund my money but didn't know how, had to call someone to do it. Then she stated I will getmy money back in a few days. I asked for a receipt and she said sorry I can't give you one. So I paid for food, didn't get any,don't have a recipt to prove I'm getting a refund. Worst experience!!! I will not be going back! It's labor day and the hours say that they are open today at 1030am-6pm tell me why they are closed when I tried to come in and... the employee is just sitting there saying it's closed , I asked why she goes we are just closed with attitude I guess I'll takemy money else where . Read more

Young girl with curly hair glasses was absolutely wonderful and even though she was busy and overwhelmed she handled things... wonderfully. Her coworker (taller, overweight, low pony tail with a ?friend? in the lobby) however, she seemed to only be ableto do one thing at a time and that didn?t include helping the girl working with customers. Had to give the place a 5 star immediately, this hella nice dude named Adrian had a great and open attitude, not shying away or... awkward in conversation. We were talking about our working experiences and why he liked the job. Already I was thinking ?damnthis guy?s cool,? and HAD to at least tip the guy a few bucks. I started eating the awesome sandwich he put together for me thenI was like ?Hmm I should get a drink,? went to pick up a Gatorade and he comes right out and hands me a drink cup he paid forout of his own pocket. This day I was in this place and I ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 soups. I was attended by a blonde girl; When checking the... containers with the soup, when I got home, I realized that there was only half a soup in each container; This is a fraud, Ipaid for three soups and she only served me half in each container; why did she do that? the food was for me, my wife and mydaughter; Obviously they realized it and asked me what had happened, I did not return to personally complain because I livevery far from the place besides that I was tired after finishing my work day, but surely I will no longer consume anything inthat place. Normally a great spot to go to. Always a little slow but good personalities. As well as always clean and good quality food which... is why i didnt give them a 1 today. However on today's trip I was beyond frustrated. I was standing in line for more than 20minutes only one guy behind the counter at dinner time. He had a good attitude and was really trying to keep up but had a line 7deep. The manager (she had introduced her self to me and my wife at a prior visit) was very visible sitting in the lobby (shirtand name tag visible) with her friend (2 of them) all on there cellphones while this gentleman was doing his best butstruggling. She had no interest in jumping in at all and was looking irritated that we were here in the first place. They werealmost out of bread and many other items. I get supply chain shortage but all part of the experience. At this point I have neverbeen so disappointed in a manager. I have worked in fast food for years and was a manager. Never In my dreams of being a managerwould I have let an employee be alone when I could do something about it. Again the young gentleman was very upbeat happy gogetter attitude. If I was able to employ him I would have hired him on the spot and given him a bonus to walk out with me. Justabsolutely irritating to see people taking advantage of a great work ethic. Unfortunately he didn't have a visible name take togive a shout out. On previous visits (prior to them seeing me) I could hear the manager and other employees bad mouthing theowner and saying how she doesn't care about employees and she is cheap. I choked it up to frustration as some days are rougherthan others but after today I can see its just the managers attitude. Read more

First time going here decided to try it out since it was closer to me, I get there there?s one customer being helped and they... still made me wait 10 minutes before they could start my order. Theres a total of 4 employees there, 1 on her cell phone, other2 chatting and 1 helping out the customers and you can tell she was new. The girl making the food took her time .. so it wasanother 10 minutes by the time I left the restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get 2 6?subs with one customer being helped. Will nobe going back.
