Ordered a take out order over the phone, with Tim. He took the order over the phone letting us know he was off the next day.... That he would be sure his manager Michael was aware of the order. Michael called us just as Tim said he would. The order wasready on time. We picked it up and checked out with Anna and another nice young man who was working with Anna. Ordered food from them and they entirely messed up my order from not toasting the subs combined with ingredients not requested... on the subs, as well as the sandwiches being smashed. When I called to report it the one who took my call was extremely rude anddidn't want to listen to a single thing I was trying to say and got extremely upset when I tried to explain what was wrong. We always have a great experience at this Subway. There was an excellent manager there today, the only person that showed up for... work (it appeared), a longer than normal line, but he worked graciously through each order, didn't seem overwhelmed orirritated, even when encountering a rude pickup driver, focused on making the orders and keeping the customers happy. But evenaside from today, we have never had issues with our food or pickup orders from this Subway and with the great attitude of theirleadership, we will always drive out of our way to spend our $ here when looking for a sub.
