Sent my son and his dad to get us some lunch today. Just 3 subs and the rude and clearly overworked lady at the counter told... them they would hold up the line if she make the 3 subs. AFTER they stood in the line and waited. So they left with nothing.This has to stop!!!!! Get this girl some help because she obviously can't do it alone. Where is the manager???? And I get it butthe last thing you need to do lady is be rude!! Having good customer service helps your customers be patient with your lack ofstaff. Came here last night (4/26/2022) and the service was terrible. Over looked the fact that the woman WORKING shamed a CUSTOMER for... only speaking Spanish as soon as I came in, even though her coworker spoke Spanish. Then, their toaster was down.. Considering Iwas a manager for Subway, I knew the error code that was flashing, and it was because they shut the machine down too early, andthe workers were trying to heat it up again for customers who were asking for it (2 hours before closing), but the workers weretelling customers it "wasn't working".. Okay, I get it, you want to get out on time.. But then I ask for my veggies on the side(for my hot sandwich, which I will now have to heat at home) in a salad container instead of the PAPER, cookie bag theyoriginally started putting my veggies in.. and was told I had PAY EXTRA. Pay extra because the WORKERS turned off the machinesEARLY?? Absurd, so I denied.. Then I get home and realize my footlong Spicy Italian and turkey sandwich only have 6 slices ofsalami and pepperoni and 6 slices of turkey on them.. And while other people might be calling me cheap for this... that's Almosthalf the appropriate amount of meat for that sandwich, which means I'm paying full price for half the product... ???? And theworker was totally rude.. even though I was nice throughout the entire process, keeping my composure, remembering what it waslike in my first job (at subway, might I add). I get it, good workers are hard to come by, but the woman working last night doesnot deserve a job, whatsoever, with the attitude, mannerism, and compassion of any good, kind hearted person, she clearly lacksthat. Horrendous location, avoid like the plague. Both the workers behind the counter had AirPods in and seemed to struggle when... people ordered. When it came to my turn to order I was eventually acknowledged and mumbled at. I put my order in, and was askedto repeat it another 3 times before it finally registered (maybe try turning those AirPods down). I asked for a bowl, so ofcourse was then asked what type of bread I wanted with this??when I first put my order in the young lady behind the counterlaughed, got to love a warm employee that laughs when they can?t understand you (I?m English, so hardly speaking anotherlanguage). Work area was gross, people making the food would periodically cough into their hands/arms and continue like nothingever happened. I?d rather go hungry then I would have food from this Subway. Yesterday I got my release from the hospital after gallbladder surgery. So today was I starving...not wanting food too heavy, I... remembered soup at Subway ????. But 3 subways I went to had no soup made. None interested in making some. After rudely beingtold no three times I REALLY WANTED THE SOUP LOL. These employees were so very nice even though not having soup made, willinglytook the extra step. To anyone 1 ORDER OF SOUP, a waste of energy its only soup. But to this hangry individual who wasn'tfeeling good these guys need recognition. THANK YOU SUBWAY , you're saving the world one soup or sub at a time! ????????
