Ordered on line, apparently out of steak, states called but apparently let ring once, no one answered, no voice-mail left.FYI... PHONE DID NOT RING OM MY END. I ordered a Meatballs sub, not enough prepared so 15 minute wait while more MB nuked. Ordered anall American sub, he made me the one with roast beef no bacon, took it any way. Also 2nd employee, if he was one looked like arandom guy or friend, jeans and sweatshirt. Did not appear to know what he was doing. Directed by employee every step. EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTED!!! Read more

Came at 9:10, doors are locked and Both employees working gestured that they were closed. The ?OPEN? neon sign was lit, hours... say open until 10 P.M and we also frequent this location around this time and later and never had an issue before. Read more
The new No Bready Bowls are super good and are very large with huge amounts of whatever meat you ordered. The young people who... serve are nice. I dropped a star as they read the order wrong and we got chicken knstead of the steak we ordered. Thete was noexplanation and didnt notice until I arrived home. It was not a huge deal as the chicken was excellent but paid (I believe)about a dollar extra for the steak. I didn't call or take it back as I figured they didnt need any more problems and, as I said,it was still very good. Read more
Horrible, I went here for a sub and the girl was very rude, I had asked for a meatball sub lightly toasted and it was... practically burnt? I had also tried to use the restroom prior to ordering my sub but the bathroom just had a horrible stenchnever coming back again,would not recommend even coming in. Read more
Don't expect this place to honor their business hours. Came to the restaurant 20 minutes before closing trying to fulfill a... pregnancy craving, open sign on and bright, but the doors were locked and the employees were just staring at me through theglass while putting away food.
