I eat here every once in a while and it's not so bad. Not sure what's going on, but the app says their open at 8:00 on a Friday,... but I'm standing outside 15 mins past and the door is still locked with employees inside. If the hours have changed, it hasn'tbeen changed on the app yet. Read more
Awful cust. serv. experience. Came in an hour prior to closing and workers were actively closed. The main person greeted me by... asking if I was paying by card. Not enough space to illustrate all of the ways this went wrong. It ended with the worker and Ishouting at each other after I asked his name to contact a manager, trying to end the escalation. I heard them/him call me ab!t@h, and I reacted accordingly. They'd actually called me a snitch. I completed the cust. survey and received a generic formemail from Frank the regional manager. I am a regular customer of subway from last 10+ years and never had a bad experience like today before. This was at 7th street... and Bell Phoenix at 8:15pm with my wife, 1 year old son, and my old parent. Met an subway employee named Ryker. As soon as weentered Ryker started counting the currency and not talking to us, we stood for 10 mins and politely asked if its going to takemore time, for which he said ?cant you see me doing a job? ? I guess he was busy wrapping up his day at 8:15 pm, though theclosing time is 10:00pm, we walked out saying thanks and he was not bothered. I came 20 minutes to come to this Subway because they were the closest one that was open until 10. Ryker was amazing. He... actually suggested something for my sub that I never tried before and it was amazing!!!!!! He was very friendly. The shift leader Michael always has an attitude problem. He has no sense of customer service skills. He started complaining when... people walked in stating that ?they always come when we close? even though it was an hour and a half until they closed. Hestarted slamming doors and throwing the condiments. They make anybody shift leaders nowadays, if you don?t like your job justquit. Jolea on the other hand was very polite and I appreciated that. If you?re lucky enough to have RJ make your sandwich consider yourself blessed. Edit: after reading all the other reviews? we... come to this location randomly and even when they?ve been busy they?ve gotten through it just fine.
