Great food, clean, staff very friendly.
Ive been calling and coming into the store getting the run around of come in next week for employment yet i was asked to put in... am application for a iob due to them being short staffed. I called today and the Manager, the gentlemans customer service, pluswith him continuosly interupting me is the reason i would Not work nor search for employment at subway let alone, NOW, ILL NEVEREAT THERE AGAIN, especially this 32nd street and bell road location. NEVER AGAIN They need new managment athat at least HAS,good customer service skills . Read more
Ordered sandwich fine. Asked for broken cookies she said no don?t have any! Noticed on top one broken in 3 places, they offer... them at half price cuz they can?t sell them! I said there?s one! You can buy it at full price! I said all other subways offerdiscount but you sell them full price? She said yep you want it? Full price! Then proceeded to smoke in front of door on wayout! Just want to give a Huge shout out to Subway store at 3329 E Bell rd Phoenix, Az 85032 store #1318-0. Now this is what I call... Team work! Rich and Michelle!!! We stopped in to get buy 3 subs. I noticed they were a little busy, with 4 customers ahead ofus. Michelle had apologized to all of us for the wait. We all understood. I give a Huge high five for her to step in and helpher co-worker Rich. Michelle had told me she was off work at 3 and came in tonight for a sandwich. She stepped in and startedhelping. Hubby and I grab dinner here from time to time. Always clean, always great service and always quick. Jeremy and Greg are both... friendly, professional and genuinely care about their customers.
