Visited this location on 3/21/22. Ordered & paid for my sandwich online. The time listed on my ordered as to when my sandwich... would be ready was 11:45am. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:48 am and walked over to the online order pick-up designated area.My sandwich was not ready. There was not acknowledgement of the error as well as no apology. When I go to eat my food, it wasnot toasted even though it was requested on my order. This happened to me the last time I was there as well but I let it slidesince that day was very busy. Today, there was no such excuse. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. I takeadvantage of the online order feature because I have a very limited lunch break time and this is convenient. I find it veryinconsiderate of the employees of this location to not only forget about my food but not acknowledge the mistake & then offer noapology either. Terrible customer service. Read more
Always consistent. Food looked fresh . Of course you invent your own sandwich. Dining room was well kept up. Have handicap... accessible. Restrooms. And must mention they were also nice and clean always worth it. Read more

Just don't come late at night. I came in at 1030. And the open sign was off. When I walked in, it felt like someone had died. I... understand it was late at night but such poor customer service should not be tolerated. New girl did fine with not knowingstuff. I dont mind that as much. But close earlier if you don't want to be here. Read more
