This is 2nd times I got sick for eating their meatball sub. The symptoms are light headed, dizziness, vomiting, and... diahreia. The 1st time, I got sick after eating their sub, about 5 or 6 hours later, and not quite sure the sickness was causedby the sub. I thought maybe something else caused it. The 2nd time I'm pretty sure my sickness is caused by their food becauseI bought the sub last night around 9:10 pm, per the receipt I was the last customer. Eating the sub when I got home, and thennext very early morning I became sick. And later on, I call their phone number listed on the receipt couple of times but nobodyanswered the call. Read more

There is no way to get a manager to address customer concerns and very poor customer service. Proper customer service etiquette... dictates that when a customer requests a manager, you get a hold of a manager, saying one is not available means the employeeknows they are in the wrong and they do not want to get in trouble via their manager end of story. Order through doordash receive my food in a timely fashion however the establishments completely got my order wrong. Place a... call to Subway to inform them that my order was completely wrong the young man said they did not have a ordered for doordash. I went in to get a meatball sub I was told it would be 15 minute wait I said OK and sat down I began to observe the 2 workers... the girl never stopped talking and they had all the food up on top of the glass case and both of them more sprayingaway,especially the girl, I got close and ask the girl what is in that bottle that you're using to clean? She responded I don'tknow it just says Subway, I took pictures through this process and told them I don't think I want to eat here you're sprayingthat stuff all over the place I don't know what's in it and your food is out there not even covered here a pictures you shouldhave seen the look on her face when I told her I was going to post them!
