Places are understaffed. I get it. I walk in, several people eating, two at the counter. One of the workers there say hi as... she's makes 6 sandwiches from what appears to be inmine orders. I wait patiently, then someone else walks in behind me in line.It is only then that one of the 2 workers inform me it will be another 20 minutes atleast before they can take my order. Iwanted 1 simple, non toasted sandwich. Why could they have not td me when I first walked in, instead of letting me wait foratleast 10 minutes. In these struggling times I will support places who remember customer service and common courtesy. I willnor go back. Read more

I was immediately turned away at the door. The staff told me they weren't taking any orders because they were working on a large... order. It's the middle of the lunch rush. I know people are short staffed. I would have waited but literally got asked toleave. Poor customer service guys.. Read more

They now give you half the amount of meat as usual for the same price. They put 5 pieces of pepperoni and 5 pieces of salami on... a spicy Italian. That's half the regular amount. Nope, not coming back again. Read more

Ordered through the app. The food wasn't ready when I got there. They forgot to make one of my sandwiches. So, I had to wait a... little bit. When I got home with the food it did not look very appetizing. The sandwiches were very messy looking, looked as ifthey just didn't care that someone was going to eat this for dinner. The best part was my wife's spicy Italian foot long, had nomeat on it! Literally everything else was there, but no meat! How do you forget to put the meat on it!? My sandwich, Turkeybreast add bacon, avocado, extra cheese... There was no bacon, no avocado. This was a $13 sandwich! Very DISAPPOINTING ANDEXPENSIVE! Read more

So me and my husband always try and try to come to this location at the same time which is always at around 5 or 6 to pick up... dinner which would be the meatball subs, and every time we come to this location it?s always ?we are out of that? or ? we don?thave that right now? and at this point we are convinced that they just have very lazy workers at this location, that just don?tcare about there job nor care to have one of the biggest subs that subway should have already prepared for dinner time. It?sreally hard to believe them when they tells us that all the time. We just end up walking out in disappointment. This storereally sucks and definitely need way more improvements from the top of the management chain to the actual workers. The customerservice just sucks. I DONT RECOMMEND going to this store. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH APP FOR THIS LOCATION. I have ordered now 3 times- difficulty with ever single one from waiting time once... getting to the store and trying to reach them ahead of time for cancellation/ modify like app suggested. I called over 20 timesand not one time was the phone picked up. I tried calling in the store to see if it even rings and they say it doesn?t and theyhave it on silent since they ?never? answer it. Seriously? Good food but just come in and order if you want it right, on timeor be able to speak with someone. Read more
