A gruff male associate, clearly not knowledgeable in customer service, was working the vege/sauce selection area. I asked for... Subway vinaigrette, he splurted parmesean vinaigrette on my sub. I pointed out the difference and he stated that the parmeseanwas the only vinaigrette Subway had. He appeared dismissive and bored, somewhat agitated. I'm so tired of them not reading " special instructions" when you place an online order. 3 times they have messed up. The first... it was a great mess up.. the second one was tollerable. I did call and tell them. The guy just said that the kids who made itwas in training.. I have them another chance. My experience at this Subway was unbelievable. Inexperience employees that had no idea how to make a sub or use the cash... register unfortunately I have paid for my subs so I had no choice but to wait in line very unsatisfied. I didn't want to evengive this Subway one star that's how bad the service was. Read more
I'm a stickler about cleanliness, and I've been ordering here for about 10 yrs, and I have no complaints. I give 5 stars because...
