Horrible. Asked for Turkey with extra of all veggies. Missing tomatoes and had, I kid you not, 3 pieces of onion and 2 pieces of... bell pepper! Only about 4 olives total? that?s not even close to extra.. Asked for mayo.. was not put on at all. The cucumberwas stacked in a pile on ONE HALF of the sandwich. The guy was not kind and it?s not a great experience especially for the areathe location is in. Get it together subway. Read more

I just wanted to share my experience at the subway. I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter was anxiously waiting to... serve us. He seemed so happy to be at work and very happy to make us our sandwiches as we had hoped for. He was patient andkind. This has been the greatest subway experience we?ve had in a very long time. Charles made my sandwich, and let me tell you he was an absolute sandwich artist putting love and care into everything he placed... on the bread. This guy deserves a raise. In fact, if I lived here (I don't, I am from out of town) I would come to this Subwayon his schedule just to have my sandwich made by him. Have him teach others, and spread the love. Every order I place on Uber Eats at this location is CANCELLED for no reason. Doesn't matter which day, time of day or what I... order. Every order is cancelled 10 minutes or so after I place the order. Why do you offer service on Uber Eats? I don't haveissues with ANY OTHER restaurant in the city. Don't waste your time ordering from this location and from the reviews below, youmay want to stay away. Read more

I have been here twice now as I work out at Lifetime across the street. I don't know why I came back to this one. They have one... employee both times and they could care less that you are there. Very slow service very dirty surfaces you can see in thepictures and not friendly at all. I came in nobody was in the place and it took 5 mins for the employee to come out and sayanything. A lady came in a few minutes behind me and walked out. I should have done similar. Go to a different location it'ssubway and they have them every 3 miles this one is no good. The owner needs to get his head out of his @#$% and fix his staff.I would do 0 stars but you can't. Read more

My name is Destiny Johnson. I'm here to inform you that after workingwith your company. I've decided to call the sanitation department to come inspect Subway located at 7000 East Mayo Blvd, Unit C10 Scottsdale Blvd 85054, this will give you a chance to clean it up. Against Subways corporate policy and Subway University,you witnessed evidence of mold in your turkey and attempted to hide it. The temperatures of the food banes on your lines aresupposed to be in-between 31- 41° Fahrenheit. Not only were the temperature's well above 41°F. On two separate occasions, youhad your employee's manipulate the data on your Temperature Logs which resulted in molding turkey. You then took expired foodex: turkey, ham, cheese, chicken, tomatoes, and placed them on top of freshly prepped and dated food to ,"Save Money". As Iwatched and inspected I was appalled, somebody could get really sick. I noted details of cross contamination, allergy hazards,and chicken temperatures that have a history of resulting in salmonella contamination. As I further maneuvered the store I metyour drink station where I found black mold underneath your sink. When I told you about the mold you simply rejected theobservation without taking action to actually examine your store and fix the issue. Lastly, I watched customers drink from 4tea earns that had not been taken apart or sanitized in 3 days, the stagnant liquid inside hadn't been touched. I watchedcustomers drink the bacteria you caused because you were to busy on your phone to notice the store condition. Someone will bethere to thoroughly look at 7 of the locations affiliated with Ms. Dayna Garrett. I suggest asking to oversee 3 which is stillmore than you can handle. Absolutely amazing the best location and great clean friendly helpful and efficient great food in any rush today a gentleman... paid for my sandwich due to seeing my work I was so happy and fortunate to have this opportunity to be here and have thatexcellent surprise.
