Would be a 5 star BUT....Came in about 430ish and it was pretty quiet. There were 2 employees leaned up against the wall... chatting, and one in the back. One of the employees leaning against the wall said hi to me, but didn't budge or seem assertivethat I walked into the store, I stood there for at least 20 seconds, the worker from the back had some veggies in a pan and waswalking up, he asked the other employees if anyone was going to help me, and they said NO!.... I was shocked. They were "talkingto their mother" and added "my mother is more important than a customer" I noticed they were texting I didn't see either of themon a phone, employee from the back said she can "go home then" then, which I agreed with but stayed quiet...he ended up puttingon gives and helping me,, He continued to make me a great meatball sandwich and had a great attitude with me even though he wasclearly frustrated with his Co workers. I will return knowing some employees are helpful here. Read more

Literally just watch the staff make 5 sandwiches for 1 customer, mine, my boyfriends, and the customer behind us? sandwiches,... all without changing gloves at all. And to boot the lady had turkey cut up and the girl used the exact same knife with turkeyALL over the blade to cut my tuna sandwich so now I can expect turkey chunks in my tuna! I didn?t wanna wait 30 minutes for themto remake my sandwich as they didn?t even have the bread done making yet. Over all appalled. No Covid guide lines were followedeither! They swished us all in a line instead of being patient and abiding the 6 feet rule they had posted all over the store!Gross. And I considered this one the better one in town. Read more

This subway is the worst store I?ve ever dealt with. I had an issue because we ordered a bunch of sandwiches for a business... lunch and they didn?t label the sandwiches so he had to spend a bunch of time trying to figure out what?s what and then werealized they got half the order wrong. I spoke with the manager and he basically told me to buzz off and to call the districtmanager and that they were too short handed to deal with our order properly. The managers name is joe and I personally willnever visit any subway again because of this horrible experience from today and will continue to bad mouth subway for the restof my life Read more

My overall experience was okay. Food tasted great as it should. However, the reason why I'm giving it three stars rather than... five stars is due to the customer service. I was greated by a Manger on duty it seemed because they carried on there work in theback of house. Although the person who helped me to make my food greeted me with " six in or foot long". I also had to repeatmyself many times as to what I wanted. Now you may think that's harsh, but I was the only one in the building ordering.. Read more

This place is gross! I normally like Subway but the young lady behind the counter wiped down the counter with her hand(with... gloves on) and then handled money in the register and then made my sandwich without ever changing her gloves! It should bemandatory to change gloves between each customer. Hopefully the manager will make some changes on how food is handled. I'llnever step foot in there again. Read more

Seriously what happened to this place. I went in for lunch and the place was disgusting. The floor was sticky, the manager Joe... was rude to the customer in front of me. I almost left, but was on a time crunch. I should have just skipped lunch. The food washorrible. Bread was stale, cucumbers were limp like they were a few days old. The freshness was defiantly missing from thislocation today. I have been going here for months, but today is my last. Not worth the abuse from the manage Joe and I wouldsuggest a penicillin shot before eating here. Not sure what has happened but lost my business, so sad because I work a few doorsdown. I guess it's Pork on a Fork for me now. Someone should really look into this place, CORPORATE!!!! Read more

Staff was great but very much overwhelmed so the food was being made very sloppy. There were only 2 employees in the whole place... during the lunch rush. The line was to the door. People were visibly frustrated which stressed out the employees more. I willnot return during the lunch hour because of this. Hiring additional staff members would help keep returning customers. By far the best subway I've been to in a while. Both sandwich and service were perfect, which unfortunately you don't get at a... lot of other locations. This location keeps me coming back because they take pride when putting the sandwich together. Themanager is extremely friendly and has these guys and girls running a really good store. Read more
