Drive the extra few miles to deer valley location. I ordered teriyaki chicken and she knowingly didn't empty the scoops of meat... so the sandwich was very much lacking. And it was obvious as the last few inches of sandwich literally had no meat on them.Spinach was soggy and wet. Not made with care at all. Definitely won't be returning to this location Read more

I ordered online and they made my sandwich with no veggie patty. I called and told them I would have to come after work to get... it remade. When I showed up a few hours later to have it remade they handed me two cold veggie patties to add to my sandwich.Least they could?ve done is remade it at that point. Read more

One of the most shocking experiences I've had at a restaurant. An employee walked in the front door (with gloves on) while I was... in line. He then proceeded to start making people's sandwiches without changing his gloves. When I got to the order station, Iimmediately noticed the employee was so high that he couldn't tell the difference between turkey and ham. I asked for someoneelse to make me a sandwich. The next employee who jumped in appeared to be tweaking... couldn't stop shaking, couldn't read thelabels on the sauces, couldn't use a knife. You guys need to drug test your employees because this is a huge health hazard andabsolutely disgusting. Read more

Every time I order through the app and go to this location there is a problem. The first time my order wasn't correct but of... course since I didn't realize it until I got back to work there wasn't any time to go back and correct it. I thought I'll justcheck it before I leave the restaurant. The next time I arrived to pick up my order they said they didn't have an order for meand I must have ordered it from the wrong location. I pulled up my app and showed them the order confirmation with theiraddress. She said oh! There was a long line and so I had to get in it to have my sandwich made (I was late getting back towork). Yesterday I went in to pick up my order and it wasn't ready. Then the young man handed me a bag and I said I ordered a12" (clearly printed on the receipt) and this is only a 6". I again had to wait because they were busy for another 6" to be madeand again I was late getting back to work. I will NEVER go back to this location. I realize people can make mistakes but 3times in a row isn't a good track record. I tried to call the owners but there is no number listed and when I called corporatethey said they don't have a number. Read more

Good clean fast friendly service. They changed the steak and cheese from being a hot served steak sandwich to a cold steak... sandwich that can be heated. It was still cold after microwaved and the steak and cheese doesn't taste like the old way at all.Wouldn't get the steak and cheese again. Not the fault of the staff it's the fault of whoever decided it would be better to keepthe steak meat cold and heated on request. Always some corporate decisions that screw things up. Read more

Best location! Best experience! The young ladies working tonight were so sweet, helpful and very patient. My little boy was... being a bit picky, but we never felt rushed. They are allowing you to dine-in. Wearing mask unless you're eating. Socialdistancing and all.
