It?s really unfortunate that a company as large as Subway would allow their employees to work under such stress and pressure... with systems that can?t handle the load of their business?such as a CASH REGISTER!!! I literally just stood at this Subwaywhile waiting for the register to work for the customer in front of me and we waited 25 minutes and ended up walking out becauseour sandwiches were already cold and we still didn?t even get to pay for them! What happened to customer service? What an awkward experience this morning going into this Subway and not even to be greeted.... After taking several minutes to come out from the back, the employee just stood there and said nothing. Maybe because I'm incustomer service myself my expectation is higher, but to not even greet a customer just causes me to shake my head. Read more
Dissapointing customer service. Even if the food is excellent it makes people not want to return. Will not be returning.... Hopefully you can step it up. Greet your customers with politness and a smile. It will go a long way. Read more

Super clean, fresh meats & produce. Smilingly pleasant Staff! A little pricey for lunch ($13+) but in this case, you do get what... you pay for. They are tucked around the corner in the shopping plaza, so keep a sharp eye to find them! Read more
Order OEF-480A7-15 APRIL 2, 5:15 PICKUP. APP ORDER. I paid for 2 protein bowls. Meat was fine, but extras were charged for and... missing. I do not normally complain, but $29.75 for 2 bowls, you expect to get what you paid for. It is not like you candisassemble the bowls at the store to make sure the contents are correct. Roasted Chicken: Paid for/asked for extra onions,spinach, tomatoes - barely got any vegetables - removed the meat to look and have pictures to prove. You can see the bottom ofthe plastic bowl !!! Chicken Bacon Ranch bowl: Paid 2.50 for avocado slices - none present at all. Asked for extra greenpeppers, extra onions...no extra. Totally unsatisfied. This is the 2nd time ordered at this location from the App after a 2.5hour drive into Phoenix. Will not be ordering from the app again. You have to babysit these kids to get the order right. Been to this location twice now. Both times they were in such a hurry to make sandwiches. Sometimes hurry is good, but there's... no time to think. This past time, the girl talked so fast, it was a mumble. I found myself saying "excuse me?" Thought is wasmaybe me, but the next 2 customers were saying "what" as well. My sandwich was better the 2nd time, since the first they were insuch a hurry that when I said salt, she did salt & pepper. I despise pepper! Friendly staff. But the sandwiches we got were pretty bad, they were off, like the ingredients weren?t fresh. My steak sub was... appalling. I couldn?t even finish it, threw half of it away after forcing myself to eat the first half. My husband highlysuspects that the meat was rotten, probably the grossest sandwich I?ve ever eaten. Prices are ridiculous, you can go to a sitdown restaurant for the same price. Tried to call, but no one answers the phone. Update>>>>two days later and they still don'tanswer their phone.
