I payed $20 worth of drinks and forgot to order a water. Asked for one after the bill was rang up and had to pay the 25 cents... for it. My card just worked perfectly and the machine wouldn?t take it. The cashier was incredibly rude about it. Her name isAlicia. I asked her if she was gonna charge for this and she refused to help. It?s 100 plus degrees in Phoenix AZ. This isn?tthe first time that me and my coworkers have been treated poorly by her and this specific location. To be clear I have noproblem paying for water. I used to love coming to this one in the morning. The lovely lady knew my order before I reached the counter. Now for the past... couple of years there?s been an unpleasant woman named Alissa who works there. Avoid her like the plague! She is rude and won?ttalk to you! The drink were disgusting and she didn't have a clue what she was doing. We asked for cold brew with salted cream cold foam and... we got iced coffee. I would give her -1star but it's not possible . We are pretty sure she doesn't know the difference betweencold brew and iced coffee . Read more
I never leave reviews for anything. I found this disgusting and needed to report it. Went in and got the Java chip frappucinno.... The man working looked extremely unhappy and overall frustrated with his job. He grabbed our cups and when he did he put hishands inside the cup. The drinks were beyond disgusting and he obviously had no clue how to make them. I?m from Washington andknow what a good coffee tastes like. I will never go here.
