I go to this location a lot. Nice people and good drinks. However, their hours are so over the place. Online says they're open... until, 8:00. I'm here at 6:00, and they're closed. So be aware of that! Read more
My husband and I were grocery shopping and we decided to get some coffee on the way out. I was ringing the groceries up while my... husband was ordering our drinks. My husband asked what I wanted and recited it to himself so he wouldn?t forget. The barista wasthe absolute sweetest. We didn?t catch her name (total bummer for us) but she had short cute dark hair. My husband forgot what Iwanted so he was asking and when I looked over she was waving at me with a huge smile on her face. Made sure our drinks were toour liking. I?m picky with my coffee and she made it better than I?ve ever had it from Starbucks! The best coffee was the bonushere, because her pleasant customer service was the real treat! Read more
Can you believe that the baristas at this in-store location don't wear gloves while preparing your cup of coffee during a... pandemic? Isn't it true that the Covid-19 virus lives on surfaces for a brief time? Uhhggg...(see photo). When I brought myconcern to the attention of the middle-aged woman there, she displayed such a nasty attitude and snapped at me! I cancelled myorder immediately and left! But not before telling atleast two other potential customers about my experience.They allreconsidered and left the line. Everyone please beware!!! Artell was one of my favorite baristas!. There is no phone scanner. Silliest thing ever. BUT whats worse, they don't honor that... one free drink that Starbucks offers when you have reached your stars needed. Big disappointment. There should be no differencein the quality of service, member rewards and such when going from free standing locations to in store! Read more
