Yet to have a good experience here. Every time I've gone they're out of something. Cold brew, alternative milk, at least 1 thing... I ask for is out. They're not polite about it either. It's the only Safeway/Albertsons location that wouldn't allow me topurchase additional groceries with my drink order (nothing crazy just chips but still). I think it's the employees, they don'twant to go to the back for more supplies or provide polite customer support. I've stopped coming here, I'd rather drive to theregular Starbucks on 99th & Camelback. Read more

Just was in 4/28/22 2:30pm We walked up and the two men were just talking to each other and not acknowledging and we had to yell... hello to get their attention to order. We got very snobby attitudes while ordering and waiting. Once our drinks were done theywere practically tossed across the counter to us very unfriendly as well as we were given attitude when saying thank you andtelling them not to be so rude next time. The girl who's name I wish I've gotten was SUPER friendly! All I can mention was that she was working an evening shift. I asked... for a medicine ball and she gave her opinion on it and explained what was in it. She even mentioned what the medicine ballhelped with, which I found to be very considerate of her!! I honestly cannot believe this Starbucks has so many positive reviews. This Starbucks location is the worst I've ever been to... ...in the entire United States and abroad! Yesterday I went there and ordered two drinks and 20+ minutes later they stillweren't done. I should have just canceled my order as soon as I heard the cashier tell me that they had a 40 minute waitearlier. That is completely unacceptable. When I went to get a refund and explained that the wait time was unacceptable, thecashier Alyssa offered to make my drinks before everybody else. I told her "absolutely not". How is that fair to the rest of thecustomers? She then tried to make excuses stating that she had only been there a month and the other associate was new too.That's not my problem. They need to staff adequately. It's ALWAYS like that at this location. They spent more time talking andstocking items then reducing the size of the line by making orders. I'm definitely going to report them to corporate. Also, as Iwas waiting I noticed they got nearly every customer's order wrong. A lot of the frappuccinos were sitting there melting as theySLOWLY made 1 item at a time as customers waited for their orders to be completed. And finally, waiting all that time there isnowhere to sit because they refuse to open up their seating area at that location despite seating areas being open everywhereelse.
