I usually don?t order from this store but I made an online order today and I ordered 8 drinks and a cake pop for pick up in... store?said my drinks would be ready by 3:14 pm. So I get there and the door is locked and I see a sign saying dine-in is locked.So I called to see if I could just get my drinks really quick and he said they usually don?t bring them out but he would and wasgoing to check on my drinks to see if they were done. He hung up on me and I was waiting outside for 15 mins after the call,it?s now 3:30 so I called back 2 times and no one answered the phone. He finally came to the door with my drinks at 3:39 pm and all of my drinks were melted ?. I was highly upset about my experience here because I?m an avid customer of Starbucks. I rathergo here than Dutch Bros but after this experience, I just might not go back to that particular store even tho it?s the closestto my house. Brand new store. This morning my son and I came to the drive thru and I was expecting not the best experience and boy was I wrong! The gentleman... who took our order was so polite! As we got to the window we were greeted by another lady and she was just so sweet and ourorder was ready right there and everything was great! I was truly amazed at the great experience we had! First off, the lobby looks really nice. One male employee was super nice when I order at the lobby. But whomever takes the order... for the drive thru was rude and rushes me to order. I have been to this specific location 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Mainlybecause it?s just down the road. Each time I ordered the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato (new promoted drink on menu) andeach time I literally think I?m drinking straight up oatmilk. I barely taste the apple crisp drizzle (which usually settlesnicely at the bottom of the cup) and barely get any coffee at the top. I tried adding an extra shot of espresso and extradrizzle that I paid extra for only be disappointed. Still didn?t taste right. Now I?ve tried the Starbucks at two other placesin the past 2 weeks multiple times (been on a Starbucks binge recently). At a Target which is further up the road on Peoriawhich makes my coffee the absolute BEST! Also, I?ve tried the same drink at the Starbucks on 75th Ave and McDowell (not the BESTbut much better than this location). I really think my coffee to oatmilk ratio isn?t being measured out correctly. I understandthis location is still fairly new and I hope the drinks get better as time goes on. As iced espresso goes was like most other locations But have found some locations use a pitcher of maybe espresso maybe not. It... tends to be more bitter from standing for however long till used. I will go with the belief it was esressed coffee that Ireceived because I was in the drivethru. Ordering inside I have caught other locations starting to pour from a pitcher till Istopped the person and said espresso 'fresh'. But that was elsewhere. I will try one from ordering inside to see. Got nothing to drink on this visit. Only wanted a slice of their delicious lemon loaf pound cake, which cost about $4.30, but... worth it. It's very flavorful. I let it sit in the fridge for about two hours before eating it - makes it even tastier! Read more
They need to add exact measurements to their refreshers from infusions to the lemonade. Great customer service but the ones... making drinks need to go over their measurings again. We pay the price of the drink to get a disgusting drink that has nolemonade and enough sweet infusions. Read more
This Starbucks store opened not to long ago like 3 weeks ago and their still fairly new. The inside is always immaculate clean... and their bathroom?s! There staff is super friendly and welcoming ????! Had a great experience here and they are always willingto help you. Would definitely recommend visiting this place! Read more
The drinks are great! But I was disappointed in the hospitality and execution. Bathrooms are off limits because "of the area"...... Market discrimination, Hispanic heavy, but I knew what they were saying. It's easier to put a sign saying "Bathrooms forCustomers Only!" I get there may be some homeless around, but common Starbucks, ya'll knew the area research before you built atthis location!!! - It took them twice to get the drink right.-no biggie. Read more
