Great customer service from the barista here today
Literally the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks so far. Both of the workers seems to really hate their jobs. They did not... make eye contact with me at all. Didn't say good morning didn't smile when I ask for a receipt and I apologized for theinconvenience of asking for a receipt they just completely ignore me and then when the cashier gave me the receipt he didn'tlook at me yet again, didn't say anything. put it down I said thank you he ignored me and walked away. Came in to store #2716 today for a refill. Barista was very short and rude and made no effort to perform good customer service.... Name tag said Monique I believe. As a frequent customer with a gold card you get one refill per visit. In her defense I wasnot aware it had to be the same store. She was definitely not having a good day. No one else on line or even a reason to beoverwhelmed or rude and she quickly turned her back on me. Management should be aware of the staffs performance. Also tablesand floor in seating area extremely dirty. Glad I am only passing through I would not want this to be my home store. Read more
U got to mention that u need it hot else the guy over there never makes sure that a latte or a hot choc is hot .. i have been ... there twice the hot choc and the latte both was not decent enough to drink ... i will never go to that place , waste of money..the taste is also not the same as like the other Starbucks Read more
