Aloha South Mountain Residents! It's Starbucks and what can I say? I've been to at LEAST 100 STARBUCKS. I LOVE TO TRAVEL AND SEE... THE USA this one didn't disappoint me. Great Staff. It took over 20 minutes to get coffee after ordering from drive thru window. Was told to park out front to wait for a simple... blond roast to be prepared. 2 cars in line and one person inside. Because it took so long, I ended up going inside to get itmyself, dressed in pjs. The woman was at the register talking with my coffee in her hand. Smh. What service? Read more

HORRIBLE female employees. When asked to make a specific drink, another drink was given to me. I respectfully let the employee... know my order was incorrect and she rolled her eyes and started to make the correct order. As I waited to receive the rightorder that I obviously asked for in the first place, the two female employees rolled their eyes and hugged and puffed about whowas going to drink the first drinks they made that were not correctly made. Not to mention, she called my order by saying ?noBerry drink lady?. I certainly will not be coming back to this location. The cup my drink was made in did not look clean, andthere was black dots and link in my drink. Corporate needs to get their employees in check. Read more
I love a good Starbucks ~ but this one's biggest problem is location. Their staff are pleasant, friendly and experienced. The... beverages are great. There is always a long, long , slow moving line at the drive through... and Trying to go to the lobby isworse. Too many people for too small a store located, tucked in a corner of a huge shopping marketplace parking lot at theNorthwest intersection of 24th Street & Baseline. The shopping stores are too many, lot too big and draws in too many customersto handle. This particular parking lot is horribly inconvenient to maneuver in and even harder to get back out of and onto themain roads. Read more
Visited this location at 5:00pm on 11/02. I wanted to grab a coffee for my ride home after I got done grocery shopping. There... were three workers working, and about four people in line. I waited over 30 minutes to order and get my drink. All while I hadfrozen groceries to get home. Instead of focusing on helping the customers and making drinks, they kept stopping to gossip withworkers walking by. At one point I heard them talking about a boy they were texting? To top it off my drink was made wrong andtasted burnt. So disappointed. Read more
