It took over 20 minutes to get coffee after ordering from drive thru window. Was told to park out front to wait for a simple... blond roast to be prepared. 2 cars in line and one person inside. Because it took so long, I ended up going inside to get itmyself, dressed in pjs. The woman was at the register talking with my coffee in her hand. Smh. What service? Read more

Visited this location at 5:00pm on 11/02. I wanted to grab a coffee for my ride home after I got done grocery shopping. There... were three workers working, and about four people in line. I waited over 30 minutes to order and get my drink. All while I hadfrozen groceries to get home. Instead of focusing on helping the customers and making drinks, they kept stopping to gossip withworkers walking by. At one point I heard them talking about a boy they were texting? To top it off my drink was made wrong andtasted burnt. So disappointed. Read more
