I put in my order for 2 drinks and while 1 was finished, I waited 20 minutes for my... second drink, and I observed the barista avoiding my ticket and prioritizing other drinks ahead of mine. After watchingcustomers who were after me get thier drinks, I asked about mine and the blonde with pigtails told me that certain drinks arenot prioritized and some drinks are put to the side.
