Had the worst experience here this morning?.waited over 20 minutes for a coffee and bagel-and ended up leaving with nothing! The... ticket system wasn?t working?.and since I was in there in the store - instead of just making my bagel?.the girls just stoodaround complaining that the system wasn?t working?..the register sure worked to take my money though! This crusty man was being so rude to one of the baristas, but she kept her cool and was compliant and giving the best customer... service. He?s the reason that people don?t want to work in the service industry. If he didn?t like what she was doing then heshould go make his own coffee. Anyways, I?m proud of her for not losing her cool. I'm on crutches for a while. The crew noticed and broufgt my mobile ordered coffee out to my car the next day. I wish my doctors... office was as observant and kind. Thank you baristas! Read more
First of all, I absolutely despise Starbucks menu, which doesn't show prices of the majority of their offerings. The old menus... were much more useful. I definitely don't go there as much as I used to, in general. As far as this particular location, weordered 2 drinks, one using a reward for a free drink. I ordered the new cinnamon cloud machiatto. The cashier failed to applythe reward and I was charged over $5 for this free drink. We wait for about 10 minutes and are then told that they are out ofwhatever makes the drink a cloud drink and that they will just make a cinnamon latte. So, I paid extra for my 'free' drink, andthen didn't even get the drink I ordered, but still paid the additional cost. They continued taking orders for the special clouddrinks even after they ran out of a necessary ingredient. Definitely not the best Starbucks experience I've had. Read more
