There's an older lady with a "manager" title that has BAD customer service and literally yells at her employees right in front... of customers. Consistently Starbucks. If you're familiar with the brand, you know what to expect.
The two old ladies in there need to find not so complicated jobs. They messed up my drink 2 times and they couldn't figure out... how to give me a refund. My order: blended coffee frap, hwc instead of milk and SUGAR FREE vanilla syrup (keto friendly) Thelady that took my order had no idea what she was doing and asked me to repeat my order 6 times. Still messed it up. She put ina blended iced coffee which made a block of ice in the middle of my watery coffee with no syrup I went back and asked the otherlady to help me. She made it correct but refused to use sugar free syrup for some reason. I asked for a refund and they lookedat me like I was crazy so now I have to get my money back through corporate. This worker girl was being so rude, 2 times I went their and she was being rude. she rushed us well we tired to order ?anything... else? i was asking my brother and she interrupted ?anything else?, we asked for a venti and she gave us a grande bc she was toolazy to make it, then she makes the coffee half way filled. Never going there again she was very rude. and she seemed as if shehated her job, you should always want to feel comfortable going to ur Starbucks near your community but never again. Read more
