Out of a lot of stuff, comes with the time. I would have given two stars based on service but there was a woman named Sarahwho... was really crushing it! Not a regular Starbucks drinker but more if baristas had Sarah?s attention to detail, compassion, andhustle I?m sure I would be an every day drinker Edited to one star because Starbucks made no mention of what made me leave thereview in the first place. Very friendly but also VERY slow. I was in line / waiting for my food for 45 minutes. This is attached to the convention center... so there were tons of people in line and not enough staff too handle it. That being said, could be out of their control withstaff shortages and such. Read more
I was recently at the convention center for 2 days attending an event, both days I went in to Starbucks . Hannah was working... register & was passive aggressive over a simple request. I?ve never had any Starbucks staff be so fake nice to me. However ,Angel made my drink . she was nice & corrected my order with no problem ,since the register didn?t put The correct order in.I?ll stop in whenever I?m at the convention center but hopefully I don?t have to deal with a Hannah again .
