Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever experienced. The only exception was the young asian man at the register. The women with... Red half shaven hair was a nightmare, she was messing around and screaming. I ordered an ice tea and a matcha latte. The teatook a good 20 minutes. The matcha said said green tea latte, on the app it says green tea MATCHA latte so clearly i wasconfused i asked the women with red hair she rolled her eyes and said ?the regular green tea is clear, your fine.? Ordered a simple shaken espresso. 9 minute wait for my drink and it arrived black. I asked where the milk or cream was and the... young girl told me I can add creamer myself at the napkin station. I said what?s the point of a shaken espresso if there?snothing but black coffee in it? The baristas had to remake my drink twice and it was still wrong the second time. It was a white mocha frappe with an extra... pump, so not hard to make. Had to pay extra to get shots to make it coffee based like it should have been originally. Read more

Rudest older African American lady at the register!!! I asked specifically how I would like my drink. I ask Her to repeat my... drink back to make sure it?s correct and she rolled her eyes, and read it back like she was annoyed!!
