Starbucks is a joke now! They tried to charge me .50 to blend my drink twice, just wow!!! Pushing the button to blend the drink... an extra 3 seconds is apparently a labor intensive task. I canceled a big order and they lost 8 customers for life. update: tothe manager response... stop trying to act like this is a one off instance that won't happen again if I call in to speak withyou. I came to this store since they had them on display because it was release day for particular Starbucks cups. A buyer easily... grabbed and purchased six at a time, leaving none for anyone else. "Yes, we have a full box in the back," an employee answeredwhen I asked whether they had any more. I'm going to go get them." "My Manager said I can't touch those since they're on holdfor customers," he says when he returns. Allowing resellers to purchase six cups at a time is unequal, and placing cups on holdfor customers is even more unequal. Employee apologized and expressed dissatisfaction with the Manager's choice. Today is release day for certain Starbucks cups, I came to this location because they had them on display. A customer grabbed... and purchased 6 at a time with no problems and left none for anyone else. I asked an employee if they had anymore and he said,?yes, we have a full box in the back. I?ll go grab them.? He comes back and said, ?My Manager said I can?t touch those becausethey?re on hold for people.? Letting resellers purchase 6 at a time is unfair and having cups on hold for people is even moreunfair and should not be allowed. I simply did not know where to put my complaint but I remembered Instagram I have been consuming coffee with you for years over... coffee Bean, Donut I am quite upset today I consumed a Matcha outside the store where I usually drink I work for La Fitness whenI ask the girl for my coffee I asked her If I spoke Spanish annoyed I raised my voice said that it was not seen that I did notwant or abide by being Latina he understood perfectly what I wanted when he gave it to me he threw my ticket I paid with a cardI return to thank him more and leave him 5 dlls of tip to which the I drink and he threw them at me, which bothered him a lot,I took my money and left there, they had never treated me like that, why don't they give me the coffee, which isn't cheap eitherand I don't complain about it, I work two full time and I would never treat someone like that consumer...I think no onedeserves to be treated like that just for not speaking a language really what a bad experience, 8 years consuming daily to betreated like this for not speaking English.????????????
