I came in wed April 7th @ like 6:58 pm. There was a very sweet young lady behind the counter. Let me just say this, she was the... nicest most welcoming Starbucks worker I have ever encountered. I ordered a drink and I?m pretty sure she was all but closephysically and I didn?t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry aswell . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night. This young lady wasspectacular at customer service and I would know I been bartending almost 20 years. I wish I would of caught her name. But shenow made it to where ide rather walk into frys and get my coffee then go through a drive through. That?s quality service. GradeA+ for effort and attitude and work ethic. Not to mention was literally the best tasting Mocha Frap I?ve had. Thank you ???? wedo appreciate and notice u. Got my normal cappuccino. And the barista was so cool. He made a little extra. I got to take all of it for the same price.

Edit: This review is for the new one on the corner of 40st and thunderbird ,not inside frys The first couple of times I went... here it was good. Starbucks honestly isn?t my favorite because everything has a slightly burnt flavor but I have learned toenjoy a Carmel Macchiato occasionally. This morning there was absolutely no Carmel drizzle in my coffee and that?s the entirereason I ordered it. I am very disappointed. I won?t be back to this location. This location provided me with 5 star customer service!! Placed a mobile order at another location in error. When I inquired to... the status of my order, is when I learned I was at wrong location.
