I came in wed April 7th @ like 6:58 pm. There was a very sweet young lady behind the counter. Let me just say this, she was the... nicest most welcoming Starbucks worker I have ever encountered. I ordered a drink and I?m pretty sure she was all but closephysically and I didn?t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry aswell . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night. This young lady wasspectacular at customer service and I would know I been bartending almost 20 years. I wish I would of caught her name. But shenow made it to where ide rather walk into frys and get my coffee then go through a drive through. That?s quality service. Got my normal cappuccino. And the barista was so cool. He made a little extra. I got to take all of it for the same price.
