Twice I was treated poorly at the drive thru. I received the wrong item. I asked for the right one and person at window ignored... me. The second time the person at window was not friendly to me! And dropped my credit card on the ground. Terrible customerservice Read more
Went in with my mother, who wasn't having the best day, and she dropped her entire drink in the parking lot by accident. I went... back in and the barista was incredibly sweet making a new drink and leaving a nice little note to cheer up my mom. Thank you! Ittotally turned her day around to have that small bit of kindness from a stranger. Read more
They are always nice and the drinks taste the same as the SB?s on the other side of the mall. Convenient if you have some Target... shopping. Read more

The only attendant was in the back. No bell or way to notify them. Stood waiting for 5 minutes and had to get a target manager... to find the employyee. Read more
I googled it and didn't know it was inside Target. Had to wait until the store opened up to get coffee. First person in. The... place is dirty. There is a large Starbucks cup on the counter and some trash on the floor, I am assuming from yesterday. I didsome WiFi and bought a second cup of coffee not much else happening in the store. Good coffee. A girl from Target came by andkinda organized where the straws and napkins are. An hour later no one has come by to clean up get a feeling like no one cares. Read more
Not the best Starbucks. Go to the one on the other side of the mall. Slow workers (on average they take 5+ minutes to make a... simple coffee) and on several occasions they have had their hands in their mouths or hair while making a drink...gross. Notfriendly, no eye contact. Read more
