I have been coming here for years and this barista ruins it every time with her lack of customer service or even something... simple as a smile. Carly shouldn?t work the window if she is so unhappy. She never uses manners, says thank you or is nice toany patrons. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but this happens every time she is working the drive thru. You need todo better. My husband and I, ordered two pumpkin spice cold brew coffees. Staff was covid safe and friendly, store was clean, drinks were... made right, and over all great experience. I will give Starbucks 5 stars, when you'll bring back your Gingerbread frapp withmolasses drizzle. So yummy! Read more
Now that this location(or is it all?) routinely leave the cups an inch from full, there is no reason to go back. It was already... overpriced and now you get less coffee. Luckily a Black Rock just opened nearby and they hook it up. Bye! Read more
