Only thing I liked is that this location still had my fave blueberry scones. The three girls working the counter were very... DISTRACTED just chat chatting WHILE I was even still ordering. I ordered latte decaf with coconut milk. Immediately left andtasted the latte noticing it had the sweet taste of cow MILk. I'm LACTOSE INTOLERANT better believe I was upset knowing I had tothrow away my fave coffee I can't even drink that paid over $5 for just cuz they couldn't bat an eye at me during their"important" conversation! I remember the cashier girl's name, Jo, that took the order, they all seemed nice but not good workfocus. My main Starbucks location in a Safeway just as a good example for comparison always all the girls hard at work and Ialways respect them for that and give them tips. Read more
Service is always great and drinks are as good as you would expect from a Starbucks. Did not give five stars because the... employees are not allowed to take tips and they only get paid about $13/hr. Lots of staffing issues and it?s constantly closeddue to being understaffed. People have a hard time living off the pay so they leave for more sustainable jobs. They don?t haveany benefits other Starbucks employees have because the starbucks inside of Frys is owned by Kroger. Would rather support coffeeshops that employees can thrive in rather than suffer through. Read more
My mom was sick so I went to buy a tea for her. Which was a medicine ball. Stood in line 20 minutes. The guy said it was... discontinued so I ask him what was simular or what other hot tea . He said rudely it's discontinued. I said I know that one wasbut I'm sure you have other hot tea. He walked away and gestured to everyone in line i was crazy. He was super rude and no help.I walked out. I couldn't believe how rude I was just asking what other hot tea did he have then. Read more
Terrible service. No HI, Hello or what can I get for You? Just a blank stare. The 4 customers that ordered behind me got there... mixed drinks first. The employees were more concerned with leaving in a few hours. Get much better service and quality at 43rdAve and Cactus Starbucks. Read more
We ordered the same drinks that we normally order from our local Starbucks and they were terrible. My Americano was bitter,... which means that the espresso sat too long. And my husbsnds chai tea latte was disproportionate causing it to be super sweet.First time I've ever thrown coffee away. Read more
The girls here are theeeee best! Yesterday I walked in trying to make it to work on time but needing my daily dose... Randy... didn't even need to ask. She showed me the venti cup, I said yes and my drink was ready by the time I paid!!
