I wrote a review a few years back, because I always like how this Starbucks keeps their pots clean, so you don't get that burnt... coffee taste that some Starbucks have. But, I needed to add to this now. Recently, there have been a few changes at the localSafeway Starbucks. They completely changed the stand and there are new to me employees. First, the new Starbucks stand isgorgeous! It gives the rest of the store a fresh and even more upbeat feeling. Second, I want to talk about Tiff. She is alwaysso fun to talk with and has a smile. She's a barista that you want to have as a best friend, because she's just that easy totalk with. There is another girl there too and I feel bad that I didn't get her name. She is also so kind and seems like she'sactually having fun while doing her job. Really appreciate this darling in-store Starbucks. Read more
Everytime I go shopping at Safeway and feel like a Starbucks no one is ever there. Last 4 times I have been to Safeway, the... lady is always outside smoking and talking to other employees of Safeway. Horrible business practice. This Starbucks at 550 E Bell Rd is inside of Safeway and does not have wifi available nor does it have a drive thru (the... reviewer who wrote the drive thru barista was rude to her must have been to one of the 2 nearby Starbucks which do have driventhrus and got the location confused). At this Starbucks you can add money to your Starbucks card and can also use your card forpurchases, but you can not redeem any free drink or other offer you may have associated with your Starbucks account ( theStarbucks inside Target across the street does let you redeem your free drink rewards.) However, at this Safeway Starbucks ifyou have a current offer you're collecting stars for they will be accumulated. The advantage of this Safeway Starbucks is, ifyou're a Safeway JustForU member, there are often deals and discounts and freebies offered (but you must sign into your Just4Uand activate them in order for them to work, these Safeway employee baristas have no way to look them up.) That said I've beengoing to this Starbucks for years while shopping and the drinks are always made right and the workers are polite and friendly. Read more
I ordered a large iced carmel macchiato on 9/13/2017, at 2:50pm,that was very good but the kid in the drive through was so rude.... he didn't say bye or anything he just handed me my drink! never have had this happen, usually they have great customer service.they have good people working there so I'm confused why they have someone like that working there...... Employees are SO RUDE & SHADY. Every employee at this location has had some sort of horrible attitude. Wouldn?t recommend to my... worse enemy.
