Worst customer service experience here, My drink had been sitting for awhile because I was stuck in the drive Thur line that... wasn't moving. I ask for my drink to be remade and all they did was stirred it. The batista knew it was remade and hesitated ongiving me my drink. I love starbucks but I refuse to come back to this location. I did my Author Book Signing and Meet & Greet at this location. CJ and her staff were outstanding! They provided exceptional... customer service. This is the best Starbucks location in Phoenix, AZ. I highly recommend that you come to this location for allof your Starbucks needs and wants! Read more
If I could give this ?NEWISH? location a negative star I would. Trash a$$ service to begin with, didn?t have anything we wanted... to order, people standing around doing nothing BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! I ordered about $30 worth of products. I didn?t know a large was like 6 something ????but the service was amazing! The food and... drinks were delicious. My favorite is the cheese danish I could eat those for days ?? Read more
Staff was not to friendly. Did not get order correct. Asked if I could get a rag to wipe off the table as it was dirty. Lady... act as if I was interrupting her from something. They gave me a dry rag to wipe off the table. I use my spray hand sanitizer. There was a small dead insect on the table. At this point I just moved to another table. 2 pics attached. Read more
This Starbucks takes FOREVER to make the drinks .The girl who took my order was super nice.But the two girls making the drinks... were RUDE one with shoulder length black hair and the other with longer brown hair unprofessional rolling eyes when I asked fora cup of water.This place needs better staff.
