I decided to give them another chance. My wife and I placed our orders, there was nobody else in line. 2 coffees and one pastry.... We sat for 20 minuted while they made everyone elses coffees that came in. I had to leave to take my wife to work after 20minutes of waiting! I came back and the coffees are still not ready!! This location is rude to their customers and closed early with no note to advise customers. When I came to to the speaker they... refused to answer. After waiting and not hearing anyone answer at the speaker I went to the window to attempt to get theemployees attention and the employee ignored me and then when looked my way and then he waved me off . After continuing to havehim take my order he asked if I was Vickie for an order and I advised I was not so he said then? well then we are closed and Idon?t need to speak with you ?. I advised it says you guys are open to 8. He then shut the widow and walked away. This isridiculous and unprofessional. These employees should be corrected and should not be in customer service position if they can?tservice their customers while they are being paid. There is a Dutch bros a little down the street who always provide excellentcustomer service. I think I?ll take my business there in the future. Read more

These workers are a joke. They sent a customer out to the patio to ask me personal questions about who I was waiting for and why... I always order the same drink. The blonde worker in her late-fifties took a five-dollar bill from me and tossed it in the tipjar, stating she, "didn't mean to do that but we really need the money". Another worker instructed several of her friends tostart calling me names. I had heard you had to be ignorant be hired at this company but didn't believe it until I patronizedthis store. Read more

This Starbucks gets it right the 1st time. Friendly staff and great batistas ! Plus, ample seating inside and out along with a... conference room you can reserve for meetings or studying. Just an all around great experience. Read more

1 tall iced oatmilk decaf americana and 1 tall hot oatmilk mocha. Nice quiet cafe tho busy, with goodly indoor and outdoor... seating, plus a private meeting room. Restrooms are combo locked so plan ahead ;) Read more

We stopped in for a couple of the chocolate chip cookies on a Saturday. We are not coffee drinkers so Starbucks is not on our... list to visit. Jay helped us as we gave him our order. He offered to heat them up for us which was so thoughtful. We were bothimpressed with Jay due to his extra attention to customer service. He apologized that one of the cookies had broken in half ashe was heating them up which was fine with us. Jay personally brought them to our table with a smile! The cookies were delish!Jay was fab! We will be back... for cookies, yum... Thank you Jay for making our visit pleasant.... ???? Read more

Just had a horrible experience at the drive thru. I asked for a splash of cream---my coffee was milky white. The cashier asked... the barista and I was told the white mocha makes it extra white. Which is not true. I also asked to use my free drink rewardand the cashier scanned charging me. Telling me there is nothing she can do. This is horrible customer service. Going elsewhere. Read more
