The girl with dreads and glasses that works at night is very rude. She made a comment saying she closes down the store whenever... she wants and it clearly wasn?t even 8 yet. You?re better off going to the Starbucks down the road near 75th and McDowell.Faster and nicer customer service!!! Read more
Coming from the supervisor or manager of the store, I believe they should know how to properly make an iced drink. It?s a huge... disappointment to go and spend $3+ on a drink for someone to not care how to do it properly. If I?m asking for an iced espresso,there is NO reason why you would run your shots over the ice and melt everything together and water it down. How hard is it touse the shot glasses provided and do everything properly. Starbucks, do something about it. Read more

Nice store and nice people. I ordered a strawberry acai refresher. When I got to the window my drink didn't have the usual... strawberries. I was not told they didn't have them when I ordered it, which I think I should have been notified because I wouldhave ordered something else instead. Anyway, it was still good but the best part of the drink was not there. :/ Read more
Clerks were very rude and refused to correct or refund the wrong drinks they made. Will never go to that location again!
