On 11-24-22 , I decided to order some starbies from this location. After a long day at work. I order some hot coffee and some... warm bread for a chilly weather. When my order got delivered , I opened my drink , shockingly ONLY half the cup was filled ofcoffee, like when you open a bag of chips and half the bag is just air. I asked to warm up my bread, and sadly it was extremelycold like if they had it in the fridge. Overall, not the best service. Read more
This Starbucks location has closed it's indoor service, opting to serve only drive thru customers. I will not be utilizing this... location any longer. This was a nice place to meet and relax- inside. Not anymore. Read more

Just ran to get a tomato mozzarella sandwich and chai for lunch today. My beverage was perfect however once I got back to my... office I find that my sandwich has next to nothing on it... this is beyond absurd. Of course I can't leave work again to have itreplaced.... They're supposed to check the prepackaged foods before warming them. Read more
I am an advert Starbucks drinker and I love talking to the workers and have always enjoyed going. However this is the WORST... experience I've had at Starbucks by the worker. I usually order by the app and get what I want. But when I told the man what Iwanted and was quickly corrected and was given a 'lesson' how that's not possible and would be this. I don't like dark drinksbut lighter colored ones and when I asked to be remade, his solution was giving me a cup of milk?? and a snarky "you shouldtaste before asking for a change". Like seriously? They were quick but what's the point if it hinders the quality of the drinks.I'm not in a rush and if I'm paying 2-5 bucks a drink I want it done correctly. *****Update: Almost made a 2nd Google account just to give another 1 star rating. My gf went to this location and she got to the... window and they said she forgot to stop at the ordering kiosk at the drive thru because the lobby is closed. I know why thelobby is closed because it would be filled with irate customers from their constant mistakes and pathetic customer service. Hethen said oh you?re right I?m sorry I?m just having a bad day. STAR BUCKS CORPORATE PLEASE FIRE EVERYONE AND STARTOVER!!!! This is the WORST Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Please avoid this location. This is an outstanding Starbucks, speaking from visiting them "only" from the east coast and west. Although, my favorite ones... are in Venice, California. This one does remind me of the ones in NYC, by my old home. Therefore, it does touch my heartdeeply, "surprisingly" on Valentine Day . Not intentional, just by chance.
