Update 11/1/2022 evidently this particular facility does not like to follow their hours that are clearly posted on their... website like I came one early morning and they were open an hour after it is posted and now I'm coming 14 minutes before theywere closing I get it's obviously 15 minutes before but that's they're still closed before posted hours do these people not knowhow to tell time or what what's going onThey always make the best coffee and USUALLY the staff is friendly and very courteous. This A.M this young lady was not. I know it?s early but it is 5:24 am and the app and google said they were open. It's kind of sad that I have to feel the need to leave this review for the rest of you to know. While sitting at a red light at... 31st ave & Union Hills, several miles away. I place a mobile order. The order I place is a duplicate of a previous order so it'svery easy process for me. I've been travel to the freeway travel down to Thunderbird to find a partial road closure so I cannotturn left and go east so I have to go a half mile west of the freeway to 31st avenue then travel through a neighborhood at 25miles an hour to Greenway then on Greenway a mile and a half to 19th avenue and then 19th avenue down to Thunderbird I put 7miles on my vehicle it took me about 10 or 12 minutes to make that travel when I walk into the Starbucks one vehicle had justpulled into the drive-thru and no others were waiting the parking lot looks empty I walked inside the store one person issitting down, we have four people behind the counter and my drinks not ready and it's 4 minutes after when it the app says itshould have been done. So I spoke up and asked about my drink all four ladies to take about 10 seconds looking at each otherquietly asking about the drink nobody knows of it so then I said okay I'll go out to my truck and I'll get my phone and I'llmake sure I confirm the stores where I ordered it. In fact I had ordered it they then printed out my tag put it on a cup andstarted making my drink I don't get it lots of errors made at mini stores lots of personal issues with employee to customers andnot just myself and now they don't even have your drinks made already I only come to the store two or three times a year sincethey built it and it's the first time I've ever had an issue at this particular location I'm not sure what the holdup was andnobody gave me any form of excuse when my drink was ready they walked up and says here's your drink and I walked away. This Starbucks was absolutely filthy. Random juice and liquids every where on counter and floor. Trash left all over tables and... smelled kinda rank. Drink was still fine. Read more
