The people here seem nice enough?but why is the inside not open? This drive through is slow, it?s probably one of their busiest... locations in the area. So they take out another way to order? Open up the dinning room for walk in and order, so people have thechoice to go in and actually order. This whole Covid BS has gone too far. And we should be normal fully again. I get the same drink all the time and every Starbucks except this one makes it right. We pay for certain things and this... location is stingy. I worked for Starbucks for 8 years and it's sad to see when they don't make the drink the way it's ordered.I even spoke to a supervisor over the phone about it went back 2 days later and the same thing. 20- 30 minutes in line. This store doesn't allow walkin orders. They try to make you download an app and become Starbucks... rewards. Slowest Starbucks in phoenix. I was denied walk in service twice. A few months ago and recently. I have semi truckcan't go through drive-through. Read more
System was down so the location was stuck on mobile order only, the staff absolutely crushed it. They had an easy organization... system in place and were constantly checking on the guests. My order came through in the same time as normal, the staff here iswonderfully professional. Read more

I understand 9 was a horrible time to place order. I ordered thew grub hub. My driver told me they were very unorganized and... he had to wait 20 mins for my two items which was a blueberry muffins and tall white mocha latte with Soy. I didn't appreciatehow they treated the Uber driver. The gift card is for 4 dollars I believe. My main purpose was my coffee to be Hot and not Lukewarm. Communicating could happen more for Uber drivers. Read more
Worst Starbucks location! They still don't have the lobby open and don't allow customers to order at the register. All orders... must be placed through the mobile app, making the store insanely crazy. The dilemma is that this location seems to mess up ondrinks and food orders constantly. If you place a mobile order and it's not made correctly, it's impossible to get it fixedsince you're not allowed to access the register. Additionally, this location is ghetto to the max. The whole experience eachtime has been awful. The district and store manager should both be replaced for allowing this to continue for so long. I'll belooking for a new location for my coffee.
